Craig Rose is the commercial real estate specialist for The Rose Group, providing commercial services throughout the Meridian Real Estate Services company footprint. While Craig specializes in commercial properties he is not exclusive to the classification. Craig is also an experienced residential agent capable of assisting buyers and sellers in the Toledo area.
Prior to forming Meridian Real Estate Services with his wife, Angie, Craig was the Western Ohio Director for Hanna Business Brokerage. While at Hanna, Craig assisted commercial real estate clients and business owners evaluate and ultimately sell their business.

Before joining the real estate industry Craig ran Rose Commercial Photography and Design, a successful commercial and school yearbook photography business for 26 years. While heading the company Craig contracted with Superintendents and School Boards to exclusively photograph their students.
While running his photography company, he also began a real estate investment group concentrating on multi-family investment properties. Upon gaining his real estate license he formed the Rose Group which quickly became a leading residential real estate sales team in the Toledo area. From there he began representing commercial real estate clients while working with Hanna Commercial.

As the former village council president of Swanton, Ohio, Craig brings eight years of government & zoning and planning experience to commercial real estate. Craig also believes in giving back to his community – serving on many boards and organizations, including past President of Rotary and actively participating in Junior Achievements.

Craig has been married to his wife Angela for 30 years and they have two grown daughters. He spends his free time boating on the Maumee River with his two great danes and enjoys traveling as much as possible.
