Angela Rose
Since 1996, Angela Rose has been a well-established and highly regarded business owner. Together with her husband Craig, she founded and managed Rose Photography on Main Street in Swanton for over two decades. Angie, as she is fondly known, is a devoted mother to two daughters, Hannah and Megan.
Beyond her professional achievements, Angie has a passion for her dogs, boating, and exploring new destinations. Her active involvement in the community is evident through her roles as the President of Swanton Rotary, membership in various clubs and organizations, and service as a Chamber Board Member. Drawing on her experience as a rental owner, Angie made a decisive leap into the real estate industry.
Currently, Angie serves as the owner and broker of Meridian Real Estate Services, where she dedicates herself to assisting buyers and sellers with their real estate needs. Her accomplishments include prestigious awards like the million dollar sales club, solidifying her status as one of the top agents in Northwest Ohio.

Craig Rose
Prior to forming Meridian Real Estate Services with his wife, Angie, Craig was the Western Ohio Director for Hanna Business Brokerage. While at Hanna, Craig assisted commercial real estate clients and business owners evaluate and ultimately sell their business.
While running his photography company, he also began a real estate investment group concentrating on multi-family investment properties. Upon gaining his real estate license he formed the Rose Group which quickly became a leading residential real estate sales team in the Toledo area. From there he began representing commercial real estate clients while working with Hanna Commercial.

Hannah Rose is a dedicated real estate agent specializing in the Northwest Ohio area. Drawing on over a decade of experience as a Communications Manager at top law firms in New York City, she brings business acumen and advocacy skills to her real estate practice, ensuring her clients' interests are always front and center. Known for her approachable and professional style, Hannah excels at creating seamless and positive experiences for buyers, sellers, investors, and colleagues in the industry.
Outside of her work in real estate, Hannah is an avid animal lover who has two rescued cats and one dog. Her passion for advocacy also extends to children in foster care. Hannah was a foster parent for two years and is involved in community efforts to improve the lives of children in care.
